AIATSIS Aboriginal Fishing Values Photography Competition
We know a picture is worth a thousand words, so we are holding a photo competition on Aboriginal fishing values: we want you to take photos that show what fishing means to you.
There are prizes on offer for the best photos, and they will also be included in an exhibition about Indigenous fishing at the National Native Title Conference in June 2017. There are three award categories for each case study location. These are under 18, 18 to 24 and 25+. The winning photos will be presented at the 2017 National Native Title Conference.The prize for each category is the winner’s choice of either a GoPro Hero5 Black, or fishing gear to the same value.
