COMPETITION 1 – Corporation Name Change – Closing date now 20 Oct 2017
The Far West Coast Aboriginal Corporation (FWCAC) is seeking a name change. Members are invited to submit their choice of name to a COMPETITION.
* The name needs to be short and expressive;
* The name needs to reflect who we are as a Native Title body;
* One entry per Member.
Judging: The FWCAC Board of Directors will select the winning name for the Corporation. Directors will then put this winning name forward in a resolution to be endorsed by the Members at the next AGM. The AGM date is yet to be set.
Prize: A prize of $2,000 will be awarded to the winner in the week after the AGM. If multiple people submit the same winning name they will receive an equal split of the $2000 prize money.
How to enter: Entries must be submitted on the Corporation Name Change Competition Entry Form. You can download the form here. This form can also be collected from the FWCAC office in Ceduna, or be mailed or emailed to you upon request by calling Kelly or Ainslee on 08 86 253 340.
Closing date for Name Change submissions: 5PM on the 20th of October, 2017. There will be no further acceptance of entries after this date.

The FWCAC Board of Directors reserve the right to not select a Competition Winner from submissions at the time of judging if no submission is found suitable for renaming the corporation; in which case the Competition will be voided.
COMPETITION 2 – Flag Design – Closing date now 20 Oct 2017
The Far West Coast Aboriginal Corporation (FWCAC) is calling for entries in a Flag Design Competition. The new flag for FWCAC will be proudly flown at the front of our Ceduna Office. Members are invited to submit Flag Artwork designs for the new flag.
* Entries can be made in any medium;
* Entries should be no larger than A3 size (for ease of display and judging purposes);
* Entries should be within a rectangular shape or layout.
Judging: The FWCAC Board of Directors will select the winning flag.
Prize: A prize of $2,000 will be awarded to the winner in the week after the AGM. The AGM date is yet to be set.

- THE FLAG COMPETITION ENTRY FORM MUST BE STAPLED TO THE BACK OF YOUR ARTWORK ENTRY;
- DO NOT WRITE YOUR NAME OR SIGN THE FRONT OF YOUR ARTWORK ENTRY;
- YOU MAY COLLECT YOUR ARTWORK AFTER THE AGM;
- YOUR ARTWORK WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU BY MAIL;
- YOU MAY ENTER MULTIPLE FLAG DESIGNS IN THIS COMPETITION.
